Key design items have included:
CHRISP undertook the sports field, civil, structural, electrical and hydraulic design services for the project along with the project management throughout including management of required sub-consultants
- New facilities, including 44 netball courts, track and field and amenities building, and car parkingfor over 1,000vehicles
- Road reticulation, stormwater, surface grading, water qualitymanagement
- Detailed design of the access pathway design for emergency vehicles and DDA compliance to the amenities building
- Detailed design of the playgroundarea
- Augmentation to existing stormwater drainage to support thedevelopment
- Integration of new stormwater overland flow route to the downstreamriver
